About OUTA
Oakley Union Teachers Association is the professional organization and bargaining unit for all teachers in Oakley Union Elementary School District. The core values of Oakley Union Teachers Association are the shared beliefs of our members and the elected leaders of our organization. Individual members and leaders shall strive to reinforce these core values in our professional endevours.
OUTA stands in solidarity with 20 other local organizations in the Bay Area, collectively we are advocating for the enhancement of educators' working conditions and students' learning conditions.
